Learn the principles of story structure with Jim Jackson

Although no story structure model applies to every story, Jim will teach a modified "Three Act Structure" to understand common elements across all models, determine how your novel and comparable novel differ from this standard, and whether those differences enhance or detract from your novel.

About Jim

James M. (Jim) Jackson is a life member of Sisters in Crime and a past president of the Guppy Chapter. He enjoys teaching and helping other authors so much that six years ago he resigned from the Guppies, which allowed him to teach classes for the chapter. His classes receive top marks for their information-packed lessons and his supportive responses to homework and class questions. Jim writes the award-winning Seamus McCree series and has just published the final novel in the Niki Undercover Thriller trilogy.
